Who are the parties involved in the verification of the Carbon Stock in connection with Project Clea
UNESP begins the process by studying, validating, and verifying the Stock source. KPMG then independently verifies the methodology, calculations, and carbon stock inventory conducted by UNESP. The Stock is validated and regulated by PwC and CVM (the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil). Once the authentication and ownership of the Stock are verified, each ton of CO2 is numbered, identified, and tokenized by Greener using a Certik smart contract audit. The tokens are stored with Tetra Trust in Canada and made available for purchase by companies seeking to offset environmental liabilities and/or emissions. To ensure the ongoing validity of the carbon Stock, Zabotto carries out the socio-environmental project and satellite monitoring, issuing monthly environmental reports on the carbon Stock
