The project was structured to comply with all applicable legal norms for the sector. The issuer of the GPT token is based in Switzerland, connected to a corporate matrix that includes the management and ownership of the tokenized assets.

The choice of Switzerland for the incorporation of the token-issuing company was motivated by the clarity and friendliness of the country's token issuance regulations, which provide legal security for the operation. Additionally, the Swiss jurisdiction has an international reputation and reliability, offering a favorable environment for the digital asset market and ensuring greater security for the issuance of GPT Tokens.

It is important to highlight that in Switzerland, the intended operation follows the ordinances and guidelines issued by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), as well as other applicable legislation, such as the Code of Obligations, the Federal Financial Services Act, the Financial Market Infrastructure Act, and the Federal Act on Intermediated Securities, among other laws that have been recently adapted to encompass distributed ledger technology.

Greener is committed to ensuring that the Token issuance complies with Swiss legislation, dedicating its best efforts to meet all current legal and regulatory requirements. This ensures that the project is carried out according to established standards, and that the Token holders can have confidence in the security and legitimacy of their transactions.
